Portage Junior Miss softball is looking forward to a great 2013 Portage Junior Miss Softball Season Softball Season!

2013 Registration Dates

• February 2nd 2013 10am - 4pm
• February 9th 2013 10am - 4pm
• February 23 2013 10am - 4pm

Registration will be held at Willowcreek Middle School

• T-Ball $45.00 (age 4 by 12/31)
• Coach Pitch $60.00 (age 5/6 by 12/31)
• Gingham $75.00 (age 7/8 by 12/31)
• Junior $75.00 (age 9/10 by 12/31)
• Minor $75.00 (age 11/12 by 12/31)
• Major $75.00 (age 13/16 by 12/31)
• Senior $95.00 (age 17+ by 12/31)

Additional Siblings (same household $40.00)

$50.00 Required Raffle Tickets Per Player
