Walk Brings Help to Recovery Programs

porter-county-walk-for-recovery The sixth annual Porter County Walk for Recovery is a fund raising effort by Alice's Halfway House for Women, Respite House, and Moraine House - all residential centers in Valparaiso for those recovering from drug and alcohol abuse. Proceeds from the walk help fund the houses and the programs that are provided to the residents.

The walk will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012, from 8 am to 10:30 am, starting at the Butterfield Pavilion in the Old Fairgrounds Park.
