Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Offers Free Flu Shots to Members

Porter Health System’s Senior Circle program will be offering free flu shots to its members. Appointments are not necessary. All participants must show their Senior Circle membership card or may sign up that day to become Senior Circle members for the $15 annual membership fee.

Flu shots for Senior Circle members are available the following dates:

Thursday, October 6, 4:30 - 6:30 pm
Duneland Family YMCA, 215 Roosevelt Street, Chesterton

Friday, October 14, 1- 3 pm
Porter’s Education and Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Avenue, Valparaiso

Wednesday, October 19, 4 - 6 pm
Porter’s Education and Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Avenue, Valparaiso

Thursday, November 3, 2:30 - 4:30 pm
Porter’s Portage Hospital Campus, Bistro 3630 Willowcreek Road, Portage
