Couch to Field Station Frenzy 5K Beginning Runner Program

Are you thinking about starting to run? This spring it is going to happen when you join this class! By joining, you will also meet other new runners and prepare for the June 5, 2011 Field Station Frenzy 5K held at Coffee Creek Watershed. This 8 week class is designed for beginner runners who would like to enter a 5K run. Each week, we will meet for a training run and brief discussion at Sunset Hill Farm.

• Saturdays at 10 am, April 9 to June 5 (Sunday race day)
  
• Meet at Sunset Hill Farm County Park in gazebo
  
• Cost is $40 (which includes race entry fee for 5K)
• Each participant will also receive:
  
  • Detailed weekly training schedule
    
  • Guidance and advice from an experienced runner and certified RRCA running coach Amy Hartz
    
  • Weekly email check ins with focus tips
