VNA ‘Senior Moments’ Free Presentation: Vertigo and Other Balance Problems
The Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County will present 'Vertigo and Other Balance Problems' at locations in Lake and Porter Counties in January. This informational program will provide attendees with increased knowledge regarding the most common causes of vertigo and ways the attendees can reduce their risk of accidental injury during episodes of vertigo. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and seeking healthcare assistance when appropriate will be emphasized as it relates to vertigo.
- January 7th at 10:30 a.m. at Merrillville Senior Center at Merrillville High School (276 E. 68th Place)
- January 14th at 12:15 p.m. at Village Park Enrichment Center at Banta (605 Beech Street, Valparaiso)
- January 25th at 2:00 p.m. at Linden House in Hobart (360 West 61st Avenue, behind St. Mary's Medical Center)
- January 28th at 2:00 p.m. at Jamestown Apartments Community Center (Virginia Park Drive, Valparaiso)
