PHS Baseball Opens Sectionals with Win over Hobart

VARSITY BASEBALL:
The Varsity Baseball team won their opening round sectional game by a score of 8-2 vs. Hobart.  Gabe Acevedo had 3 hits and 4 RBI's while Sam Puchalski put the game away with a 3 run homer.  Tommy Mosley added some insurance with an RBI single in the sixth.  Their record is now 17-10 (6-8 DAC). The Indians will play Michigan City on Monday at 10 a.m. in the semi-finalsat Crown Point.
