PHS Baseball Opens Season with Victory

The Varsity Baseball team opened up the season with a win, beating Elkhart Memorial 10-6.  The Indians pounded out 15 hits on the day.

Tony Cheky had 2 homeruns and 5 RBI’s; Mike Brunner had 2 doubles and a Homerun, while Gabe Acavedo added a double, a homerun and 2 RBI's.  Every starter had at least one hit on the day.

The Indians played error free ball allowing Cody Jackson to pick up the win on the mound.  Their record is 1-0.
