Published: May 15, 2023It’s always a heartwarming affair when community members go out of their way to set the future generation up for success, and that’s exactly what happened on Wednesday, May 10 when the Urban League of Northwest Indiana held its annual Scholastic Achievement Luncheon. Pride, excitement, and gratitude hung in the air as 24 donors awarded nearly $70,000 in scholarships to 45 students from all over the Region.
