GIRLS BASKETBALL Merrillville VS. Andrean 2023

The Andrean 59ers came out on top in The Battle of Broadway on Friday night, defeating the Merrillville Pirates 38-33 in a girls basketball match-up.

Lindsey Arcella and Maddie Walton led the 59ers in scoring with 15 points apiece. Kylie Wells led the Pirates with a 13 point night.

Andrean improves their record to 6-9 on the season with the win. The Pirates drop to 6-6, and will look to bounce back against Northridge next Friday. The 59ers, meanwhile, will defend their home court against Knox that same evening.
