BOYS FOOTBALL Portage VS. Merrillville 2024

The Merrillville Pirates traveled to Portage Friday, September 13 to take on the Indians in a conference football game. The Pirates scored first, John Peters number 11 intercepted the ball and ran 98 yards to score a touchdown. Portage would go on to score two touchdowns this evening but that was not enough. Merrillville ended up with 3 interceptions and one fumble recovery this evening. Final score was Merrillville 27, Portage 13.
