Women’s Self Defense Class

7:16pm - 7:16pm

In this hour and a half class you will be taught specific self-defense techniques that, with practice, you can use to protect yourself when needed. All proceeds go to benefit A Mission of Service programs that were created to educate, serve, and empower people in need, both stateside and abroad. Thank you for supporting A Mission of Service!
