Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and Hammond Parks & Recreation bring you a holiday canvas painting party happening on Saturday, December 11th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Hammond Sportsplex, 6630 Indianapolis Boulevard. The Grinch Canvas will feature a hands-on teaching format where guests learn and paint The Grinch’s hand holding a holiday ornament. The Union Lounge Bar will be open for purchase for those 21 and over. All are invited to join the event page on the Hammond Sportsplex Facebook page.
This event is open to residents as well as non-residents of the City of Hammond.
Registration for this event is $35 per person. This fee provides instruction for the class, all materials needed to paint your own canvas and access to the bar for the duration of the event. Spaces are limited to 25 guests ages 15 and over. Registration is open until all spaces fill.
