The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) will hold a public engagement session at the Beverly Shores Town Hall, 500 S Broadway, Beverly Shores, IN 46301, on Wednesday, January 8 at 6:30 p.m. to present the Transit Development District for the Beverly Shores station area, including the Town of Pines, to the public.

A Transit Development District is a half-mile area anchored on a train station which captures incremental growth in income and property tax revenue for use in public investment related to the station area.
