Portage Township seeks volunteers for annual Team Up 2 Clean Up event

The Portage Township Parks and Recreation Department, a division of the Portage Township Trustee’s office, will hold its annual Clean Up 2 Team Up event Saturday, April 25.

Each year, volunteers from the community join to beautify, clean, paint, plant and more at the township’s four park sites, the South Haven Fire Department, the South Haven Boys and Girls Club and along McCool Road.

The Team Up 2 Clean Up will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a cook out following from 11 a.m. to noon.

Volunteers are asked to meet at Haven Hollow Park, 330 W 700 N, South Haven at 9 a.m.
