A harmonious mix of singing talent, personality, and spirit, the elite and always popular Wolffgang vocal group will be appearing in concert on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Woodland Park in Portage, Indiana! This fantastic concert is all part of this year's 2019 Portage Summer Music Series of "FREE" concerts held "indoors" in Woodland Park's Oakwood Grand Hall, every Tuesday, June through August. Woodland Park is located just south of US 20 in Portage, at 2100 Willowcreek Road (from US 20 & 249, 1/4 mile east to light, 1/4 mile south to park entrance). Performing throughout Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland, Wolffgang's concert venues include community, business, charity and athletic events and school concerts. In recent years,Wolffgang has performed with the Northwest Indiana Symphony. Other performances have included appearances on Chicago’s Channel 7 (ABC) Morning News, and at Chicago White Sox and SouthShore Gary Railcats baseball games. The group averages between sixty and seventy performances per year. Wolffgang is led by Dean Wolff, choir director for Hobart middle and high schools.
