Event Information
Hello everyone, thank you for your patience in regards to some of the details surrounding our event. First we want to thank everyone for their continued support, this event would not be the success it is without you. There are a few details we want to address in response to specific questions we have been receiving.
Vendors- We will be allowing vendors at the event at a cost of $50 USC per vendor/booth. This fee will be waved to any vendor that is a 501c3 Organization or if the vendor is a T-Shirt sponsor for this year. Please keep an eye on our page, we will be announcing when our vendor registration form is up for you to fill out.
T-Shirts- We are going with the OD Green this year as it came in a close second in the poll we took last year. The shirts will be for sale and yes sponsorship spots are still available at this time. If you are interested in being a sponsor, you can request the info on here or reach out to rballas86@gmail.com or jpoling52@gmail.com
Beneficiary- This year we have a couple nominated organizations that fit our mission plan to be a recipient and we would like your help. We will be taking a poll to determine who the beneficiary will be. This poll will run from the day posted until the day of the ride, at which time the winner will be announced. We have one spot left for an organization and we would like you to nominate one on the page. On Sunday night, the organization with the most nominations will be added to the poll to be in the running to win.
Organization Qualifications--
Hometown Heroes Committee looks for organizations that were founded locally by hard working men and women that directly assist the community in which they live (i.e Lake County preferably). The main focus of these organizations needs to be on helping Law Enforcement, Fire/EMT, and Active or Retired Military.
Door Prizes- We are going to be giving away door prizes throughout the event and you have to be present to win. If you personally or as a business would like to donate any door prizes, please reach out on our page or email rballas86@gmail.com or jpoling52@gmail.com
