Center for Hospice Care cordially invites you, family members and friends to view our virtual Time of Remembrance Memorial Service on Sunday, November 22, 2020. During this service, we remember loved ones who died during the past year. If you are a Life Transition Center client who lost a loved one this year and would like to have their name read, please contact bereavement assistant Aubrey Minies at miniesa@cfhcare.org. Names are being taken up until Friday, November 13.
View the service at cfhcare.org/memorial-service beginning on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2pm. There will be separate links for our Mishawaka/La Porte, Elkhart and Plymouth locations. Please pass along this information to anyone who might be interested in viewing the service. The link will be available until January 8, 2021.
