Regional Performing Arts Company, a local non-profit committed to promoting youth performance in the Region, announces open auditions for their December production of “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” Based on the seasonal TV special bearing the same name, “A Charlie Brown Christmas” brings these beloved characters to life on stage.
Casting requires a minimum of eleven actors, and all actors must be between the ages of nine and eighteen. The thirty-minute show features strong actors, but includes two short songs at the beginning and end. There will be no singing required at the audition.
Auditions are being held October 9, 2017 at Del Segno Studios; 2642 Eleanor St., Portage. They begin at 7:00 p.m. and students will be auditioned on a first-in, first-out manner--once each actor has a chance to read they will be dismissed.
