YMCA K-Care Students Support Hannah’s Hope

The Portage Township YMCA's K-Care students love to get involved with community service projects. In January, K-Care collected a 5 gallon bucket full of pop tabs in order to support Hannah's Hope. These pop tabs are given to the Ronald McDonald house who has been a great help to Hannah and her family. The mission of Hannah's Hope is to raise money for research for many organizations that provide money and care to children born with neurobiological disorders..

K-Care is a nurturing, safe, secure environment for Kindergarteners during the half day they are not in school. Transportation is provided to and from the child's school to the Y where K-Care is housed.
