The Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center is offering a new workshop on Microsoft Office from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays April 14 and 21 at the Purdue University Calumet Academic Learning Center, 9900 Connecticut Drive, in Room 221.
Microsoft Office 2010 – Simplified is geared toward those new to the program or for intermediate users who need to hone their skills of the 2010 version. The workshop will focus on navigating programs, managing files, adding images, formatting text, using tables in Word, border and themes, and reviewing, printing and sharing documents as well as other basic Microsoft Office functions.
The cost of the workshop is $125 and pre-registration and pre-payment are required. The fee covers a one-time cost of the book, which includes material for the entire MS Office series and can be used for other workshops on Outlook, Publisher, Access and Power Point
