WorkOne Northwest Indiana and Goodwill are offering free retail training for young adults ages 16-24 at the Gary Goodwill Store. Training will be provided by Goodwill through the National Retail Federation (NRF). Participants that successfully complete the training will earn a certification in Retail Sales and Customer Service.
This training will improve your chances for employment or job advancement, and set you apart from others in the retail industry. Participants must be between the ages of 16-24 and will need to enroll in the WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) youth out-of-school program available through WorkOne.
