Mainstreet Shoppes is partnering with the Duneland Chamber of Commerce to host an After Hours Club event from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm this Wednesday, June 12. Both Chamber members and the general public are invited to visit 119 S. Calumet for wine, beer and cheese sampling, as well as networking and shopping within the upscale boutiques located inside Mainstreet Shoppes.

As the current home of Weekends, Flashbacks, The Seamstress Co., and Louloubea’s Boutique, Main Street Shoppes is perhaps the best kept secret in Chesterton. “We’re located in the heart of the downtown shopping district,” says Brandon Bennet, one of three owners of Main Street Shoppes. “During the event, we’re going to be offering Butler wines and three different kinds of beer for our guests to enjoy. Our boutiques will be open, and visitors will be able to take a close look at the last remaining space that’s available to rent. We’d love to welcome a martini or chocolate bar into this space, which is in a perfect location to capitalize on traffic from other downtown businesses, as well as Chesterton’s European Market.”

The After Hours Club gathering is free to attend, and reservations are not required.
