Have you ever wondered what God might have to say about such modern issues might as War, Sex, Politics, Mercy Killing and Racism?
Two Portage ministers, Pastor Tim Engel of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Pastor Fred Hoover of St. Peter Lutheran Church, are hosting discussions on the Christian view of these topics at the Portage Public Library, Meeting Room A. The series is called “God and . . . .”
The sessions began on October 24 and will be held every Thursday night for the next few weeks, through November 21. Each session is an hour long and runs from 7 to 8 p.m. The ministers will take turns leading the discussions.
Adults and teens are invited to join the discussion.
