Adding to the inner turmoil are concerns of financial matters that must be dealt with immediately. Spaghetti is messy and no one wants to do higher math to figure out how to scale down recipes to create a meal for one or two people. Learn how to prepare a flavorful meal quickly and easily – for one or two! Join Corinne Powell, Purdue Extension Educator to learn how to cook smaller and healthier meals, and to learn the nutritional needs of older adults as well as tips to prepare those meals. The program begins at 11:00 am on April 9 at the Expo Center.
