The Downtown Business District, along Central Avenue, will be open for Trick-or-Treating from 3:30pm - 5pm on October 31st. Businesses who are participating, please have a picture of a black cat on your door so our residents know you are participating.
Regular Trick-or-Treat hours for the whole community will be from 5:30pm - 7:30pm that same evening. The Portage Fire Department will be out on Halloween handing out glow sticks to your children. The glow sticks were donated by Portage Firefighters Local 3151 and Porter Regional Hospital.
