If there’s anything we’re known for here at GreatNews.Life, it’s the countless photos we capture at nearly every game, every gathering, every celebration. Although 2020 was different, our coverage team was able to capture those new moments and new changes; whether it was high school or college graduations, holiday parades, sports championship games, or gatherings to distribute food and supplies to families or frontline workers in need, we did our best to stay safe this year, remained flexible with all that was being thrown at us, and tried to take care of ourselves during the chaos and uncertainty. To give those in Portage a reminder of how we are all stronger together during this pandemic, the community Portage gathered for an outdoor, socially-distanced prayer chain. The event showed support for those who have been struggling and experiencing grief, as well as offered some hope and positivity to those in need of encouragement.

Girls' Basketball Crown Point VS Portage 2020
The Crown Point High School varsity girls basketball team faced off against the Portage Indians on Friday night. The Lady Bulldogs established a strong lead from the beginning of the game, with the score sitting at 36-16 by half time. At the end of the night, Crown Point won with a final score of 64-29.
