Third Annual Vodka Dinner at Pikk’s Featuring Beluga Vodka

The Third Annual Vodka Dinner will be held at Pikk's Tavern on January 13, 2011 at 6:30 pm. Featuring Beluga Vodka, this $33 dinner features several courses:

First

• Beet Caviar, Cabbage apple salad, Tashkent Carrot, Russian Pate
  
• Metropolitan: Cranberry Infused Vodka, Chambord, Cranberry Juice

Second

• Borsch class beet and meat broth
  
• Potato with pickles and Potato Pancakes
  
• Red Curtain: house flavored dried cherry vodka, lime, cranberry and maraschino juice

Main

• Chicken Orloff: stuffed chicken breast with mushrooms, baked with a cream and cheese sauce
  
• House Flavored Vodka Flight: Horseradish, Cherry Cranberry

Dessert

• Cheese Blintzes; homemade crepe filled with sweetened farmer's cheese and strawberry sauce
  
• Fresh Caviar, add $5 per person.
