In the latest “Glass Half-Full” episode, AM 1420’s Brian Brophy covers this weekend's 20th Anniversary for the Valparaiso YMCA's Ringing in Spring 5K/10K race. Over 1,700 individuals came out for a good time and to get fit, with runners ranging from age 6 through 80.
