On Tuesday, November 26th, Central’s first grade students celebrated Thanksgiving with a traditional Thanksgiving feast. Prior to the feast, our first grade students learned about the first Thanksgiving, how the Pilgrims traveled to North America for a better way of life and then learned how to survive from the Native Americans.
Each class prepared a traditional food that was then shared with all at the feast.
