“I am proud to say I’ve been here six years and the bulk of my business is from repeats and referrals,” said sales representative Faye Giles. “People always come back and send referrals because they know when they come into our shop, we’re going to take care of them and make them feel like part of the Thomas family. We have people who have been coming here for decades because they trust our service and know our people.”

“It’s all about taking care of clients like they are family,” said Jacob Rozdilsky, four-year team member and certified sales consultant. “Treating them like your brother, sister, mom, pop, cousin, or best friend. Over the years, this family atmosphere has attracted both clients and new team members and was a defining factor when Sales Manager Danny O’Bannon joined the team four years ago.

“I’d heard a lot of good things about Thomas Auto, how it’s family-run and they really take care of you,” O’Bannon said. “The thing about working here as opposed to elsewhere is that this dealership seems to have more of a family feel. We have a lot of fun and excitement here. Buying a car can be a lengthy process, and we want you to have a good time while going through that process.”

“I’ve always wanted to be in the auto industry, so when I was approached by a recruiter from Thomas Auto a few years ago, I thought it would be a good time for me to act on that,” Giles said. “I’ve always been in love with the Dodge Chargers and Challengers; when I come into work it’s like coming into Mopar heaven. I love it!”

Giles’ upbeat and outgoing personality gives her clients a fun, memorable experience that keeps them coming back for more.

Driven by customer satisfaction, the Thomas Auto team has an admirable team dynamic.

“We like to assist each other whenever we can,” Giles said. “When someone needs extra assistance, or maybe can’t take on two customers at one time, they’ll immediately grab someone to provide that extra support. We are a team, and there is no I in team.”

The Thomas Auto team works hard to ensure every customer leaves satisfied and relishes smiling faces as a sign of another job well done.

“Nothing beats seeing someone smile when they have those keys to a new car in their hand,” Rozdilksy said.

“The best part of this job is meeting new people every day and watching them leave happy,” O’Bannon added. “I’ve worked at places where people walked out not as happy, but here, everyone leaves happy.”
