As the first in an informative lineup of lecturers, the September 2010 NWITweetup welcomes productivity expert Robby Slaughter, of Indianapolis-based Slaughter Development, LLC. Robby will discuss how Social Media can increase efficiency and improve results to better your overall business performance. NWITweetup events are always free to the general public. A Pre-Tweetup begins at 6:30pm and The Tweetup will begin at 7:00pm. This month’s event will be held on September 28, 2010 and hosted by Cornucopia Coffee Company in Valparaiso, IN.
Robby Slaughter recently published his first book titled “Failure: The Secret to Success” which highlights methods of embracing failure while learning from common mistakes. Robby adds “Making mistakes is essential to learning, yet we seem to be afraid of doing anything wrong” and says that his goal is to “Establish a conversation around what enables us to succeed in our professional and personal world.”
