Saying I’m Sorry Can Be Good for the Soul

Hug-SilhouetteDon’t be afraid to set an example to your co-workers, friends, spouses or children by just being yourself rather than trying to be perfect. In the larger picture, everything does not have to be perfect in order to be effective. We have all lost our temper and reacted verbally or physically. No one is in control all of the time.

People learn from people. Children learn from adults. Adults can learn from anyone if they keep an open heart and open mind.

After the heat of a moment has passed, we can apologize for something we did or said that was inappropriate. It’s good discipline for us, as well as for the people around us.

Say you are sorry. It takes a bigger person to admit their mistakes.

P.S. Never say you are sorry to Jillian Michaels, she will make you work even harder…it is her pet peeve. LOL.
