On Monday, May 19, United Way of Porter County (UWPC) will be hosting its 4th Annual Golf Classic, presented by NIPSCO. A scramble with a shot-gun start is planned for a noon kickoff at Sand Creek Country Club in Chesterton, IN.
Hole Sponsorships are still available for individuals and businesses at $200 each. Additionally, five foursomes are still available for golfers. The event is expected to sell out with 180 golfers participating on all (3) nines of Sand Creek.
Golfers can expect Hole-in-One prizes sponsored by Lake Shore Ford Toyota Scion, a silent auction with autographed memorabilia, and more. An exciting golf ball drop may be in the works – stay tuned for details.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic will benefit programs at 38 UWPC Partner Agencies in the areas of Education, Health and Financial Stability.
