During the presentation, Kilhefner will uncover creative and delicious ways to increase the fruits and vegetables in your diet. “Not only is eating five or more servings of fruit and vegetables a day nutritionally sound,” says Kilhefner, “these foods are naturally low in fat and sodium, high in fiber and can help keep your blood pressure under control.” Recipes and samples of some of her ideas will be available.
