Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Presents “Know Your Numbers”

Do you understand what your blood pressure numbers mean? If not, you’re not alone. Join Family Physician Sujittra Niyakorn, MD, for Porter Health System’s Senior Circle educational seminar entitled, “Know Your Numbers” to learn about hypertension and how lifestyle changes can improve your blood pressure. According to Niyakorn, blood pressure tends to rise with age and it’s crucial people know what their blood pressure is. “If the pressure is too high, life-threatening complications can develop,” she explained.
