Portage Township YMCA Book Fair

Reading is good for the mind. The Portage Township YMCA will be holding a Scholastic Book Fair Sept. 12-16 in the YMCA lobby. The fair will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 12, 14 and 16 and Sept. 13 and 15 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m.

Money raised will benefit the YMCA childcare program. Most books will be for children 8 years and younger; however, some older children’s books and adult cookbooks will be available. Cash, checks and credit accepted.
