With the purchase of a $50.00 season ticket, music-lovers are entitled to over 20 live concert performances to be held in Portage and neighboring towns! Expect wonderfully diverse musical entertainment by professional and world-renowned artists. A Fall 2016-Spring 2017 Concert Season Ticket purchased from Portage Township Live Entertainment Association (PTLEA), admits you to four Portage concerts, held at Portage High School East Auditorium, as well as reciprocity admittance to other live concerts held in Valparaiso, LaPorte, Munster, and Warsaw, Indiana. It's entertainment, culture, and fun-all at a fabulous bargain!

PORTAGE CONCERT SCHEDULE:
Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016, 3 p.m. - Girls Like US: Laura Freeman, Beckie Menzie, and Marianne Murphy Orland celebrate the fabulous female music artists of the 60s! It's a time when music was changed forever with the birth of a new music genre-teenage Bubble Gum Pop! The terrific, talented trio of Freeman, Menzie, and Orland wow audiences with a 60s tribute concert that showcases the sounds of The Vandellas, Marvelettes, Supremes, Ronettes, Leslie Gore, Petula Clark, and Mary Wells-to name only a few 60s music greats!

Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, 3 p.m. - North American Brass Company: A highly lauded professional brass quintet specializing in innovative performance and teaching programs, members of North American Brass Company include Jay Crouch, Bill Browne, Cary Cooper, Chuck Steck, and Roger Lewis. This great brass group's music repertoire features many styles of music, including classical, swing, Broadway hits, western music, some Spanish influence, and popular tunes. "It's all about variety and fun," notes the quintet's Jay Crouch!

Saturday, November 12, 2016, 7 p.m. - Duo Del Sol: A high-energy Latin/American Violin and Guitar show, Duo Del Sol creates a rich musical landscape featuring a fusion of styles, including Latin, jazz, classical and traditional folk-as well as originally composed works! Recipients of numerous awards and nominations from the music community, with masterful skill and unstoppable intensity, guitarist Tom Farrell and violinist Javier Orman push their instruments way beyond the usual limits, much to the delight of their amazed audiences!

Saturday, March 11, 2017, 7 p.m. - Jenn Bostic: A Nashville-based young singer/songwriter, originally from Waconia, WI, highly-talented Jenn Bostic's stage appearances include the Grand Ol' Opry, Great Britain, and European tours. With her beautiful voice and engaging personality, blending with her fine skills on piano and guitar, Jenn Bostic performs a variety of familiar songs via her own unique style, plus her own compositions, including "Jealous of the Angels," proving as one music critic writes, "Jenn delivers on both performance and songwriting!"

A 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, PTLEA's goals are that cultural activities be made available and thrive in Portage. Season ticket holders help PTLEA to realize these goals.
