Portage Summer Music Series Extended Additional Week

music-notesThe Portage Summer Music series has been extended for one additional week, according to an announcement by The Portage Parks and Recreation Department Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce and Portage Live Entertainment.

On Tuesday, September 4, the band Blue Cool Red Hot will perform from 6 to 7:30 pm in the air-conditioned Sycamore Hall at Woodland Park, located at 2100 Willowcreek Road, just south of U.S. Route 20. (Note: this is the road west of the S.R. 249 overpass).

Blue Cool Red Hot is comprised of a group of five local musicians performing an interesting mix of Jazz, Blues, and easy-to-listen-to Rock. This is a free concert open to the public. Seating will be provided and refreshments will be available for purchase.
