On February 5th, 2011 at 7:30 (doors open at 7) Portage High School will host the 20th Anniversary of their Outstanding Young Man Scholarship Program in the East-Auditorium (entrance "A"). There are 21 Outstanding contestants and this year's theme is "Taking the World by Storm". Tickets are $10.00 at the door.
