The Portage Bulldawgs 9u and 10u team played in the Hobart Storm tournament this past weekend. The 9u team battled its way to a number 3 seed on Saturday. They were playing in a 10u division. This is very impressive. In fact they beat a Hobart 10u team on Saturday and narrowly lost to Lake of the Four Seasons.
The 10u team to not fair so well on Saturday losing to a Hobart 10u on Saturday and losing to State Park the eventual champion with a score of 8-3. The two Portage teams played each other on Sunday morning with the 10u team winning. The 10u then lost a nail biter against Lake of the Four Seasons in the semi finals.
