Nearly 100 motorcycles and other vehicles took part in the benefit Poker Run. Men, women, motorcycles and vehicles alike were all sporting pink bandana's in honor of Officer Flora Ryan who was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.
The Poker Run began in Portage, traveled through Hebron, Lowell, Roselawn, Kouts and finished back in Portage.
The return home the riders were escorted by Kouts, Valparaiso and Portage Police Departments who also were showing their support for Officer Ryan.
The amount of love and support that was shown the day of the Poker Run was completely overwhelming and I want to express heartfelt love and gratitude to all who came and supported me. There is no other word I can say than THANK YOU....from the bottom of my heart to the deepest part of my soul....Thank you!
