Friday night football the Indians lost to St. Rita 21-32.
Portage Boys Cross Country team placed 3rd at the Gavit Invite. They were led by Robert Blackwell in 8th and Dustin Balboa in 9th.
The girls Cross Country team place 2nd at the Gavit Invite on Saturday. Top performers were Paige Pizer 4th, Terra Norman 5th and Megan Cassidy placed 9th.
The girls’ golf team scored a 196 to beat Hobart and Hanover Central on Friday. Top medalists were Jessica Morris and Lauren Murray both with a 47.
In volleyball the JV team played in the Valpo tournament losing to Valpo in the first match 11-25, 13-25. In game two the girls beat Highland 25-17, 25-17 and in game 3 the team lost to Chesterton 25-23, 15-25, 11-15.
