The PHS boys’ varsity basketball team won on the road beating Michigan City with a 3-pointer by Peter Psomadelis with 3.1 seconds left on the clock. The final score was 47-46. Jordan Simpson scored 18 points, Jordan Collazo had 11 points, and Michael Lattaniz had 7 points during the game.
The JV basketball team lost 33-29 to Michigan City. Michale Diaz scored 17 points and Montrell McClain contributed 8 points.
The girls’ varsity lost to Michigan City. at home 61-47. Nicki Monahan scored 21 points and Kaitlin Doud had 10 points.
Girls JV lost 28-48 to Michigan City. Lidnsay Givens scored 9 points.
Last Thursday the freshman boys “A” team lost to LaPorte 49-35. Marquis White had 9 points. The B Team won 32-18 with Ryan Griffin scoring 8 points and Drew Guth 7 points.
