The Portage High School varsity baseball team lost to Lake Central 10-0. Eric Mesarch had 2hits for the Indians in the loss.
JV Baseball lost to Lake Central 11-7. Noah Simmons had two hits, scoring twice and Steven Jolley had two RBIs. Conner Litgow played stellar defense and Hunter Kraynak struck out 6 in 5 innings.
Varsity softball lost to L.C. 7-3. Dalton Minor 2 hits and played great defense, Kaitlin Doud added 2 hits and Haley Hodges had a homerun.
JV softball beat L.C. in 9 innings 8-7. Jennine Bryan 3 for 4 with a walk and a stolen base, Summer Vardaman 3 for 5 with a walk and Janay McKnight 4 fo5 with a double and 2 RBIs.
Freshman baseball lost 10-0 to L.C. in 6 innings.
