In a battle of top ten ranked teams in the state, the varsity baseball team lost in the bottom of the 7th to Crown Point 4-3. Jacob Bearss had 2 hits, while Sam Schest laid down a perfect squeeze for an rbi. Peter Psomadelis, Tyler Soberg, and Chris Klenk added doubles for the Indians. Kevin Jones threw 6 innings, striking out 9.
JV lost 6-1.
Boys’ varsity golf beat both M’ville and M.C. Scores Portage 159, M’ville 213, M.C. 159 won by 5th man score
All five varsity players finished within four shots of each other demonstrating the importance of the “Pack Mentality” because PHS swept this DAC meet by beating M’ville and MC on a 5th man score.

Varsity softball beat Crown Point 9-3. Stephanie Upton 2 hits and 3 RBIs, Kaitlin Doud and Haley Hodges each had 2 hits including a double, Lauren Murray had a homerun, Jena Alaniz hit a double, and Heather Zengler threw a great game to improve to 4-0.
JV softball won 3-2. Janay McKnight went 3 for 4 with 1 RBI and 1 stolen base, Adrien Hall went 2 for 4, Jennine Bryan went 3 for 4, and Madi Jercha pitched a complete game and had 8 strikeouts.
