“My favorite is our QX60, our largest SUV. It's our seven seater v6 SUV. I love it not only because I've driven one in the past, but having five children, a car that has three rows, drives like a car, and has all the luxuries a premium car brand would have is right up my alley,” said Kamdar.

Another standout for Cuyun is the QX55. With sharp outer features and a spacious inside, it’s one of a kind on the roadway and a top contender for his favorite in the Patriot lot.

“In addition to the QX60, I do really like the QX55 because I like the external body,” Cuyun said. “It's like the SUV-coupe crossover, so it's very clean. You don't really see them on the road, so it does catch a lot of attention, and I appreciate that.”

No matter the vehicle though, the first step both salesmen always take in finding that dream car is to alleviate stress by getting to know the customer and figuring out exactly what they’re looking for in a vehicle. “We talk with hopefully potential customers who walk in and see if they want to see an INFINITI or pre-owned car, and we also follow up on previous customers - making sure previous customers are happy with their purchase and seeing if they have any referrals to send our way,” Kamdar said.

That customer-centered approach extends well after the car is driven off the lot – the team is adamant about following up with each and every purchase to make sure all customers are satisfied with their new ride.

“It does vary, but we work with previous customers and current customers who walk in,” Cuyun said. “The first half of the day is typically focused on reaching out to people that you have to stay with. After that, we’re active on the floor, seeing if there's anything to do with making people in service, or people coming in. We really like to stay busy, stay active, and stay involved. For instance, we want to make sure that those getting service may be interested in trading something new if they're looking for that.”

All pre-owned cars are given a thorough inspection and a deep clean before being put back on the lot, meant to keep those wheels turning with as few trips to the service department as possible.

It's not just selling cars sometimes; it’s about helping someone get their car, too.”
