U.S. News and World Report recently ranked Indiana No. 2 in its Best States for Affordability list.

In second place, we outranked most of our neighboring states, with Michigan at No. 4, Kentucky at No. 8 and Illinois at No. 22.

Ranking is based on the costs of daily life and housing as well as how much money households have available in each state.

This ranking demonstrates yet another reason the Hoosier State is a great place to live, work and raise a family.
