With the Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credit Program (NAP), at least 50% of the amount of your donation will come back to you in the reduction of your state tax liability:

Plus, 100% of your donation is eligible for a federal deduction! For every $100 you donate to PCACS, it will only cost you about $20. Your generosity will benefit our door to door transportation service benefitting Porter County senior, disabled and low-income residents.
Here’s how it works:
Mail your donation to PCACS, 1005 Campbell Street, Valparaiso 46385. We will send you an NC-10 form to complete and return to PCACS. The Indiana Department of Revenue will send your tax credit voucher to PCACS and we will mail it to you to include with your 2010 tax return. It’s that simple!
