TimberSeal, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Experienced Residential Painter position. Qualified candidates should have a verifiable work history in exterior residential painting of cedar and aluminum sided homes. Knowledge and experience with proper prep, masking, brush work, roller work, spraying and the ability to cut in detail work are a must. As a Lead Painter for TimberSeal you will direct and run a crew that prepares and refinishes home exteriors throughout Northern Indiana, SW Michigan and the Chicagoland border. Crews work 40 to 60 hours a week and overtime is almost always available and at times mandatory. We maintain a very tight threshold for attendance so if you like to call off there will be no need to apply.
Pay Scale: Hourly rate plus performance bonus based on work completed and profitability. Hourly rate will be based on verifiable past experience and references.
Uniforms, transportation and basic tools all provided.
TimberSeal, LLC is a Valparaiso, Indiana based family owned company now in business for over 20 years. We maintain decks, fencing, cedar homes, log homes and other projects for well over 14,000 clients as well as service some commercial and municipal clients.
