Bonnie Turman, RN, BSN, MSN, CNS, has been named the new ICU Unit Director at Porter Health System. Turman began her career with Porter 23 years ago as a nurse in the ICU. 
During that time, she has been extremely instrumental in leading the Intensive Care Units in a forward direction regarding process improvement, quality initiatives and evidence based practice.
Turman has earned an ASN from Moraine Valley Community College, a BSN from Ball State University, a MSN – Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist from Ball State University, and obtained certification in Critical Care Nursing in 2010.
